Description
In the current build of version 3.0 the help can not be opened.
In the directory 'docs\html\' there is a file named index.html (ending with an "l"), but the programs uses a file named index.htm (without "l").
This is the first thing to be fixed.
An other problem is, that this file (index.html), contains title and links to XSLfast20.
Please make sure, that all page titles refer to XSLfast Version 3.0 and that all links work properly.
