Description
It is not possible to enter paddings for text elements in other unit of measures than pt.
Reproduce:
place element on the sheet, any size
switch UoM to mm (e.g. by clicking the ruler)
enter bounds->top padding = 10mm
on enter, it is converted to 3.51459 (3,51 mm). looks like it is entered in pt which is then converted into mm.
Expected: I enter 10mm, it stays 10mm and is not converted into anything.
Other UoMs do not work properly, either.
