Internal and External Mutilayout for "First-", and "Rest-" Page combination does not Work either for FOP nor for XEP.

As we discussed via phone and email, everything wotks. Just briefs:

1. EVERY grouping item has its' own first and rest regions.
2. To see these regions, every grouping item MUST have more than one pages.
3. Region sizes must be qual for all 3 page layouts: first, rest, and main.
