I've already implemented this in blueprint/jquery ui plugins.

Reuses the tag from jquery-ui plugin for now, because the tag from resources plugin will be in grails core soon and then we can use that.

Usage:

<wcm:resource path="some/cms/node/path"/>

The rest is automatic - <link> or <script> etc.
