Description
When changing the type of an existing node from "Wait" to "Activity" and saving, an http 404 error occurs.
Stacktrace from GrailsFlow says "ObjectDeletedException".
Complete stacktrace is attached to this ticket.
To reproduce:
1. choose node of type "Wait"
2. change node type to "Activity"
3. Click "Save"
