Description

Currently ProcessNode.StartedOn is directly set when the previous step finishes. But this does not mean that the current step really has been started.

Currently you cannot see how long the active processing of a step really takes. Right now we can see only the sum of waiting until execution + processing time.

Therefore it would make sense to set the started_on timestamp directly when the step begins to work.

Proposal:
Keep current fields as they are and introduce a additional fields ExecutionStartedOn
