Description

At the customer's system we are using the same software version of our application as on out test system.

On the customer's system you cannot save a process definition without getting an "InvalidDataAccessApiUsageException".
Reentering the edit-dialog shows the old state, but after pressing "Reload process from file" the dialog shows that the modification were generated (but not shown in the dialog).

Doing the same on our test system does not throw any exception. The software version is the same. The only difference is that the tomcat server is provided (pre installed) by the customer and we only deliver the webapps. On our test system we provide the tomcat as well.

As a consquence, I suspect a configuration issue to be the problem. Where should I look?
