The user receives an email with the details of the process (in the case of Procurement with the purchase oder). Additionally, the email has links (URLs pointing the server) for the different actions (for PROC: approve, reject). When the users clicks on an action, he opens the page for that URL, which means the user sends the event to the process (ie. the process moves to the next node). The user then sees a confirmation page.

This is required for the approval process in PROC.
